I am writing today to give my character and business recommendation for Kris Knobel.

I have known Kris for 14 years and he had worked for me for 3 of those years as a DJ. Kris was a reliable, on time, hard working employee who strives to entertain our guests and give them a fun and exciting environment to enjoy their leisure time. I would hire Kris again and feel confident that I was getting a solid employee.

Kris has been honing his craft for a number of years and I can personally say he is at the top of his game. He is able to mix a variety of music from country to rap to rock and everything in between and really works hard to know his audience and what they have come to hear. Kris’s mic work is excellent and never over bearing but rather to engage his crowd. As a person Kris is well balanced and upstanding. I could always rely on him to be there for his friends and family. He works well in team settings and can also be a self starter. He works hard to make himself someone a company can depend on and look to lead as well. I would hire Kris because he is a sure win and you would be getting a top employee that you know will be there for the long haul.

Kris Knobel has been a great and valuable asset to my business for many years.  He is a very dependable and punctual person.  I have personally operated and ran multiple venues and Kris has been my head DJ along my Journey at 4th street Live.  Each venue comes with its own style, its own distinct atmosphere and its own genre of music.  He has no problem adapting to each surroundings and different genre.  We host large Private parties and corporate events ranging from 50 people to 1000 people and he has the ability to adapt to each situation that he is put in.   Currently he is DJing in two very prominent venues in Louisville KY “Tavern on 4th” which is a game and Tavern style pub and “Sports and Social Club” which is a sports bar/bowling alley where he is expected to build the room and play for the crowd as well as hype people up via the mic.  He also is relied on to DJ after the major concert and sporting events that 4th street hosts.  I’ve entrusted Kris with the responsibility to staff and oversee the DJ’s in 3 other venues.  In the Five years that Kris has been apart of my team he has had no problem stepping up and getting the job done to the best of his abilities.  I have never had any issue and he has never had any complaints.
